FanArt- Sonic flow

Here I am practicing for using photoshop and finally I did get done something hehe.
i am learning so thats why I am not doing much own works yet, I wanna learn same time when I make designs and plans, storytelling etc.
the ear did came maybe little too big hehe but it's fine ^^
